Hi Jen, We just wanted to say thank you for taking such great care of the cats and the dog yet again. With all of the rush of packing and crazy vacation arrangements to be made, it was a relief to know that we could make repeat arrangements with you so quickly by email again. Thinking back to the first time, we can now appreciate how much time and care you took to start a file on each one of them with everything you needed to know- from their medical needs and food to play and behavioural quirks. Knowing that you care about the details like that really helps put our minds at ease. Oh, and thanks for the email update when we were away. It was reassuring to hear the kitties were doing well in our absence. Christmas time and our trek out East will be here before you know it. We will be taking Jasper the dog with us this time.
