Jen is an Ottawa gal, and has always been an animal aficionado. Jens’ family always had a variety of pets at home (including several strays/rescues) and she was known to be more “in tune” with animals than her own toys! Jen graduated with a Diploma in Equine Studies, and after also working some non animal jobs (What was she thinking?!), she became a Veterinary Technician in 2007 after graduating with Honours from Algonquin College in Ottawa, ON.
Jen has experience working in various veterinary clinics, pet stores, a dog boarding facility, animal education programs, and a bird rehabilitation center!
Vet Tech Pet Services was founded in 2010 by Jen, who wanted to expand her animal knowledge and experience and recognized the increased need for in-home pet care services. She brings not only a passion for animals but also a desire for humane and quality animal care to the business.
As a Registered Veterinary Technician and life long Pet Owner, Jen offers personal and quality care to all Vet Tech Pet Services clients and their pets.
Jen shares a home with her family, 3 children, foster pets, and is “owned” by multiple small animals (Rats Rule!)

Sean is originally from Peterborough, ON and grew up with a variety of animals in his household- including dogs, cats and fish.
Sean also married into the animal world and is an important Vet Tech Pet Services support staff member.
Sean is often seen behind the scenes in the office, out gallivanting on dog walks, or on non-medical pet-sitting visits.
Sean shares his home with his family, including 3 children and a multitude of small animals
